1. Before self inspection, we need to clean our hands to avoid additional contamination of reagents;
2. Open the self inspection box, take out the swab, sampling tube and detection card, and make preparations for detection;
3. Before the official start, clean the inside of the nose to ensure that there is no runny nose;
4. Remove the nasal swab, but do not touch the head of the swab with your hand. Head slightly upward, put the swab close to the nasal cavity and go deep into the nasal cavity for 1 to 1.5cm, which is about the length of the brush in front of the nasal swab, then rotate it for 4 to 5 turns and stay for at least 15 seconds, then take it out and repeat the operation on the other side of the nasal cavity with the same swab.
5. Put the swab with collected samples into the sampling tube immediately, and the swab head should be rotated and mixed evenly in the preservation solution for no less than 30 seconds. At the same time, we should squeeze the swab head in the sampling tube for no less than 5 times with the hand holding the sampling tube, and then squeeze the swab head out across the sampling tube;
6. Cover the sampling tube and drop the liquid vertically into the sample hole of the detection card;
